Quality Policy

The overriding goal of the activity of "INCOBEX" Sp. z o.o. is to provide products that meet the requirements and needs of customers. The company's goal is also, to become a market leader in the production of: polyester cabinets, electrical switchboards, cable connectors, switchgear equipment.


We systematically improve the quality of our products in accordance with the requirements, needs and expectations of our customers, we conduct activities to improve cooperation with all contractors, suppliers and our employees at all organizational levels, and we implement activities aimed at taking advantage of opportunities and reducing risks - both internal and on the market.


We raise the awareness of our employees regarding the importance of their work in achieving our clients’ satisfaction in the terms of cooperation with "INCOBEX". We improve purchasing and order fulfillment processes, to make them more effective, efficient and flexible.


The achievement of the above goals is guaranteed by: ensuring and improving the Quality Management System according with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard; individual order handling, transparent rules of cooperation, partner contacts ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty; tracking new technological solutions and constantly expanding the offer; providing after-sales activities, care and applying the principle of immediate response to the needs of our customers.


The Management Board undertakes to co-create quality in relation to processes, products and services, acting in an orderly manner, according to uniform principles based on the requirements of PN - EN ISO 9001: 2015.
